The Makazi Program

As emerging leaders, Makazi Fellows will study intensively in residence for a total of twenty days, separated into two ten-day sessions running in Summer and Winter of the given calendar year.

While in residence, they will be exposed a high level of academic rigor through courses on global worldview, cultural analysis, apologetics, arts, military strategy, government structure, civic and political engagement, philosophy, civility, media, and ethics.

Fellows will contribute scholarly papers to the Makazi Journal of Cultural Engagement, both while in residence and between sessions.

Makazi Fellows and their families will experience building a community of excellence in a historic, distraction-free setting.

Upon completion of the course Makazi Fellows will become Senior Fellows, contributing regularly to the journal. They will occasionally return to Makazi Institute as instructors and experts in their own spheres of influence.
